Product Returns & Warranty

All guarantees/warrantees are subject to the fact that the product must have been purchased from SCAPEGEAR.com or an authorized SCAPEGEAR dealer only
1. 30-Day Return Policy
At SCAPEGEAR, we take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure a smooth return process, we offer a 30-day return policy.
If you're not satisfied with any product purchased from SCAPEGEAR.com, you can return it for a refund within 30 days from the date you received it, provided you follow these steps:
- Complete the Return Form: Accurately fill out the return form available through the 30-DAY RETURN link on your orders page.
- Provide Proof of Purchase: Submit your order number as proof of your product purchase date.
- Attach the Return Label: Use the label received via email and attach it to the parcel.
- Upload the Waybill: Click the UPLOAD link and upload a copy of the waybill to the portal via the link sent to you by email.
- We will notify you: We will notify you of your credit upon receipt and inspection of the goods.
Partial returns are accepted. If you ordered a product bundle and are dissatisfied with one of the items, you can return just that product and keep the rest of the bundle. You will only be refunded for the item you returned.
Please note that return shipping costs are at your own expense. SCAPEGEAR does not cover return shipping fees.
Product excluded from 30-day money back guarantee, if:
- Product has been opened and the seal has been broken.
- Blades purchased on its own as a separate item will not qualify for the 30-day money back.
2. Limited Warranty.
We warrant to the person who originally purchased the products listed below, that those products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for their applicable Warranty Period, subject to these conditions.
To approve your warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:
- you accurately complete in the form on the WARRANTY link
- you must provide proof of your product purchase date through submitting the order number
- you must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s instructions. (Product that has been abused or used incorrectly will not qualify for the warrantee)
If a defect occurs under these circumstances and during the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective product or part.
Once the replacement part has been approved, an order at no extra charge to you will appear on your order portal for you to track.
Normal wear and tear, is not warranted.
Product excluded from warranty, if:
- Product has been opened and the seal has been broken.
- Skincare or Personal care items (the warranty pertains only to mechanical product)
Note: We may not be able to replace limited edition or discontinued products.
If not, we will replace these products with an equivalent model based on availability.
We may make changes to products and designs in the time you purchased your product and submitted a warranty claim.
Products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.

There are no express warranties other than the LIMITED WARRANTY provided on this page. IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORT, OR ANY STRICT LIABILITY THEORY, WILL SCAPEGEAR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. The warranty is only available in the United States. No SCAPEGEAR reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty. This warranty does not apply if you purchased your product other than from our website or an authorized retailer.
3. Refund/Warranty Process
No exchange on product, we will either replace or give you a credit for equal value to replace your product.

The above is subject to timely, complete, and not rejected for suspected fraud, abuse, or other reasons described below, we will issue you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) tracking number.
We reserve the right to limit returns, and to track returns initiated from the same name, email address, billing address, mailing address, or IP address. If we believe that a customer or potential customer has been or is likely to take advantage of our return policy, or otherwise purchase products for reasons other than personal use, we reserve the right to deny sales or returns to any customer.
