Bought this after my mate kept going on about his and figured I'd shut him up by trying it. He wasn't lying. Honestly didn't expect much going in. South African brands sometimes overpromise and you're left holding a R900 paperweight a month later. This one held up. Shower use is the move, way easier than trying to do it dry. Charged it once in about two months

How do returns and refunds work in South Africa?

You've got thirty days from delivery to send it back for a full refund, no interrogation required. For hygiene reasons the unit needs to come back unused and sealed in its original packaging. Once it's back with us, the refund clears to your account within five working days.

Can I buy replacement blade heads?

Yes, replacement FlexGlide ZERO blade heads are stocked on the site and we recommend swapping the blade every six to nine months depending on how often you use it. Same goes for the guard comb if it ever needs replacing.

How fast do you ship in South Africa?

Standard delivery is two to four working days to main centres and three to six to outlying areas. We ship from Joburg and the tracking link lands in your inbox the moment the order leaves the warehouse. Shipping is free on orders over R750.
